📢 We’re Hiring: Lead Associate – HR OperationsHayleys Advantis Group, the transportation, logistics, and aviation arm of Hayleys PLC, is looking for a Lead Associate – HR Operations to join MIT Global Solutions, its digital solutions arm specializing in customized logistics applications.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee pre & post-recruitment formalities (aptitude tests, onboarding, medicals).✅ Create & maintain employee profiles in Oracle.✅ Manage employee documentation (LOA, confirmation letters, service letters, etc.).✅ Update Oracle on staff transfers, permanencies & status changes.✅ Coordinate with payroll, insurance, IT, and PF divisions.✅ Ensure SLA compliance and lead the HR operations team.✅ Generate HR reports for management decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
✔️ Degree/Professional Qualification in HR Management.✔️ 3+ years of HR experience (preferably in a BPO company).✔️ Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.✔️ Strong analytical & IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).✔️ Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
