Position: Executive – International Sales & Marketing

Richard Pieris Group, a leading diversified conglomerate in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and skilled International Sales & Marketing Executive to join Maskeliya Tea Gardens Ceylon Limited. This role is pivotal in expanding our global market presence and driving tea export growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing international buyers, providing updates on product launches, price revisions, and promotional offers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through email outreach, cold calls, and participation in local and international trade fairs.
• Handle the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including quotations, purchase orders, and Proforma Invoices.
• Oversee pre-shipping and post-shipping documentation to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to enhance the company’s global presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the tea export industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• GCE Advanced Level qualification, preferably in the commerce stream.
• Partly or fully qualified in International Business Management or Marketing is advantageous.
• 2-3 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a definite advantage.

Job Location:

• Based at our corporate office in Maharagama.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 25 km radius of Maharagama.
