Veracity Group (part of St. Anthony’s Group) offers IT internships for undergraduates to develop technical skills in a global outsourcing environment. Join our team to provide L1 IT support while gaining exposure to networks, Microsoft 365, and ISO 27001 compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Ticket Management: Log, track, and follow up on IT issues
✔ Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware/software
✔ Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory and documentation
✔ Compliance: Assist with ISO 27001 processes
✔ Network Basics: Support VLAN, firewall, and infrastructure tasks

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science/Networking/Systems Engineering

• Basic knowledge of:

  • Networks (VLANs, firewalls)

  • Microsoft 365

  • IT service management

• Certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+ or AZ 900 (advantageous)
