We’re Hiring: HR Executive (Full-Time | Onsite | Manufacturing Sector)

📍 Location: Kaduwela, Sri Lanka (Factory Environment)
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement employee welfare programs, engagement activities, and workplace events.

• Resolve employee grievances confidentially and efficiently.

• Organize Employee Council meetings and ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., SMETA).

• Monitor facilities (medical room, canteen, restrooms) and suggest improvements.

• Support HR audits, documentation, and training sessions on health/compliance.

• Conduct factory visits and submit compliance reports.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of HR/compliance experience (manufacturing sector preferred).

• Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and ethical standards.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
