Key Responsibilities:

✅ Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including tax deductions, bonuses, and compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws.
✅ Recruitment & Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding top talent.
✅ Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, manage conflicts, and foster a harmonious workplace.
✅ Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to BOI, Labour Dept., and Inland Revenue regulations while providing insights to senior management.
✅ Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement HR tech solutions (ERP systems) for smoother operations.
✅ Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives to boost morale and align with company culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Degree/Professional Qualification in HRM
✔ 6+ years in payroll, statutory compliance, and recruitment
✔ Experience with Labour Dept., Inland Revenue, and BOI Sri Lanka (preferred)
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems for HR operations
