Job Profile
As the Head of Human Resources & Administration, you will:
- HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development programs.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and compensation & benefits.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that promotes engagement and productivity.
- Administrative Management:
- Streamline administrative processes, including office management and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Manage HR and administration budgets for cost-effective solutions.
- Support organizational change and operational efficiency initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Postgraduate qualification in HR Management & Development (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR and administration, with 5 years in a management role (banking/finance industry experience is a plus).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HR analytics and advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
