Position Purpose:

To lead facility services including housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance operations across all airline premises (Katunayake, Colombo, Mattala, Kandy, Galle), ensuring safe, hygienic work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage 150+ staff (direct & third-party) in housekeeping/gardening operations
✔ Ensure compliance with CEA & Health Sector regulations (zero audit findings)
✔ Oversee waste management (aircraft garbage incineration, sanitary services)
✔ Monitor service quality through daily inspections and checklists
✔ Manage 100M annual budget with precise cost control
✔ Handle facility relocations, festive decorations, and landscaping
✔ Resolve staff requirements from SMT to ground staff
✔ Maintain 95% PWR completion rate for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management
✅ 2+ years facility management experience
✅ Age ≤35 years (as of 09 June 2025)
✅ Sri Lankan citizenship
✅ Strong leadership & budget management skills

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract
