Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive HR scope for assigned business clusters.
- Align HR activities with established policies and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the Group’s strategic business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Group HR policies while introducing innovative HR practices to enhance value for staff and the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Full or part qualification in Human Resource Management from NIBM, CIPM, or a recognized university/institute.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an HR Executive. Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or trading sector is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital tools and computer literacy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills (fluency in English and Sinhala).
- Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems is a plus.
- Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to business units across the island and Colombo suburbs.
