Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s internal communication strategy.

• Lead employer branding initiatives through social media and creative content.

• Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost workplace morale.

• Organize recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation.

• Manage the annual engagement calendar to enhance employee satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or professional qualification in HR Management (from a recognized institute).

• 2+ years of experience in employee engagement & employer branding (manufacturing sector preferred).

• Strong social media & content creation skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Age below 30 (as per company policy).
