Job Title: Executive – Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

Location: Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments to align L&D programs with business objectives.
• Design and manage the annual training calendar, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee training logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
• Implement pre- and post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize learning impact and employee engagement.
• Drive digital learning initiatives, including e-learning platforms and bite-sized content.
• Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new hires.
• Enhance the Atlas Axillia Academy to build organizational capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
• 1–2 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
• Passion for employee development with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HR tech, e-learning tools (e.g., LMS), and MS Office.
• Innovative and proactive approach to workplace learning.
