ESOFT is celebrating 25 years of excellence and is launching ESOFT 2.0 with new programmes and state-of-the-art facilities. With 25,000 sqft in Colombo, 30,000 sqft in Jaffna, and 80,000 sqft in Kandy, we are expanding to meet growing demand. We are seeking talented individuals to join our leadership team and drive our next wave of growth, including international expansions.

Available Positions:

1. Centre Managers
   • Responsibilities: Manage centre operations, drive student recruitment, oversee marketing, and ensure smooth course delivery.
   • Ideal Candidate:
     • Experience in education management or leadership roles.
     • Goal-driven, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
     • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
2. Business Development Managers
   • Responsibilities: Drive student recruitment, develop new partnerships, and expand ESOFT’s portfolio.
   • Ideal Candidate:
     • Experience in business development, student recruitment, or education marketing.
     • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
     • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
3. Student Relationship Managers
   • Responsibilities: Enhance student experience, analyze feedback, and improve satisfaction, engagement, and support services.
   • Ideal Candidate:
     • Experience in student affairs, customer service, or education management.
     • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
     • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Academic Heads
   • Responsibilities: Contribute to curriculum development, teaching, and research in fields such as IT, Engineering, Fashion & Design, Management, Law, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing.
   • Ideal Candidate:
     • PhD (completed or near completion) in a relevant field.
     • Strong research and teaching skills.
     • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to academic excellence.
