Positions Available:

1. Electrical Engineer Class II Grade II
2. Mechanical Engineer Class II Grade II
3. Civil Engineer Class II Grade II

Qualifications and Experience:

• Electrical Engineer: Degree in Electrical Engineering from a Sri Lankan university or equivalent qualification recognized by The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL).
• Mechanical Engineer: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Sri Lankan university or equivalent qualification recognized by IESL.
• Civil Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering from a Sri Lankan university or equivalent qualification recognized by IESL.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years (not applicable to those in State Service/Statutory Boards/Corporations).

Salary:

• Chartered Engineers (IESL or IET UK): Rs. 222,945 – 284,670 per month.
• Others: Rs. 183,600 – 233,675 per month.

Method of Selection:

• Initial shortlisting by examination if necessary, followed by an interview.

Place of Work: Selected candidates may be posted to any location in Sri Lanka as decided by CEB.

Benefits:

• Employee Provident Fund (EPF) with 10% employee and 15% CEB contribution.
• Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF) with 3% CEB contribution.
