Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, fixtures, and industrial equipment in compliance with safety regulations.

• Diagnose faults in hazardous area electrical systems and automated machinery using advanced testing tools.

• Ensure all electrical installations meet national safety and regulatory standards.

• Interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.

• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and contractors to execute maintenance and project tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ Level 4 (full-time) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized technical institute (ATI, NCT, CG, TTI, or equivalent).

• Minimum G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.

• 3+ years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in an industrial or government sector.

• Strong expertise in electrical systems, safety protocols, and industrial wiring.

• Basic proficiency in Sinhala & English (reading/writing).

• Additional skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, or welding will be an advantage.

• Age limit: Below 40 years.
