Customer Service Officer Job – Dialog Franchise Outlets

Locations: Colombo, Kalutara, Gampaha Districts
Employer: Dialog Axiata PLC (Franchise Outlets)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri (9 AM–6 PM) + Sat Half-Day (9 AM–2 PM)
Salary Package: LKR 40,000–60,000 (Inclusive of commissions & incentives)

About the Role:

Dialog, Sri Lanka’s leading telecom provider, is hiring Customer Service Officers for its franchise outlets. This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers to launch their careers in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and service support.
✔ Handle billing, promotions, and mobile service activations.
✔ Achieve sales targets to earn commissions and incentives.
✔ Maintain a positive customer experience at franchise outlets.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Education: School leavers (A/L or O/L) encouraged to apply.
✅ Age: Below 30 years.
✅ Languages: Fluent in English & Sinhala (spoken/written).
✅ Availability: Work weekdays + Saturday half-days.
