Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional customer service for passengers booking via www.srilankan.com and our mobile app. Ensure service standards are met and stakeholder satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Operations: Manage IBE & Ancillary services, resolving email/call/social media queries within deadlines.

  • Refund Management: Oversee end-to-end refund operations promptly.

  • Reporting: Share daily/weekly backlog/complaint updates via email; present monthly reports to managers.

  • Fraud Prevention: Use CyberSource Decision Manager to detect suspicious transactions, minimize losses, and refine anti-fraud rules.

  • Payment Processing: Monitor “Pay Later” bank portals and booking queues for timely passenger updates.

  • Chargeback Handling: Challenge chargebacks with evidence; maintain central records.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Customer Affairs, call centers, and ticket offices to resolve e-commerce complaints.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Option 1:

    • 06 GCE O/L passes (04 credits in one sitting, including English).

    • 02 GCE A/L passes + 4 years’ work experience.

  • Option 2:

    • 06 GCE O/L passes (04 credits in one sitting, including English).

    • Full/part professional qualification + 3 years’ work experience.

    Note: Trainee/internship experience excluded.

Eligibility

  • Sri Lankan citizen.

  • Maximum 30 years old by 10th August 2025.

  • Fixed-term contract offered.
