Key Responsibilities:

✔ Audit Leadership: Execute audit plans & submit Board Audit Committee reports
✔ Risk Management: Identify control weaknesses & recommend improvements
✔ Team Development: Mentor auditors on banking operations & regulations
✔ Branch Audits: Conduct island-wide branch inspections
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to LFC standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• ICASL/ACCA UK full qualification (UGC degree preferred)
• 5+ years as Manager/Senior Manager in banking/finance audit
• Expertise in Licensed Finance Company regulations
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Sinhala; Tamil an advantage)
• Travel readiness for nationwide branch audits
