We are seeking a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to join our leadership team and drive financial excellence for SriLankan Airlines and its subsidiaries. This is a high-impact role where you will shape financial strategy, ensure resilience, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Strategic Financial Leadership – Oversee financial operations, funding strategies, risk management, and compliance to enhance business sustainability.
✅ Executive Decision Support – Provide financial insights to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership for high-impact business decisions.
✅ Stakeholder & Risk Management – Strengthen relationships with financiers, suppliers, and government bodies while mitigating financial risks.
✅ Governance & Compliance – Ensure robust financial reporting, internal controls, and adherence to regulatory standards.
✅ Business Transformation – Lead digital finance initiatives, automation, and cost-efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Professional Accounting Certification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
✔ 20+ Years of Experience (15+ years in senior finance leadership)
✔ Master’s Degree (Preferred, in Finance or related field)
✔ Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (as of 08th August 2025)
✔ Open only to Sri Lankan citizens
