Position: Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview:
This is a pivotal leadership role for a results-driven and experienced individual with a proven track record in the healthcare or related industry. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives to elevate the hospital to world-class standards within the next 4 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement business strategies that outperform competitors and explore new business opportunities.
• Lead the organization to achieve growth in financial performance, service quality, market share, human capital development, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain best practice healthcare standards across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure operational compliance with industry policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee key organizational functions including Service Delivery, Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Management, Procurement, Human Capital Management, and Maintenance.
• Provide timely reports and information to the Board of Directors to support corporate governance.
• Foster a work environment that promotes team development and organizational mission fulfillment.
• Uphold high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• MBA or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Professional qualification in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of senior leadership experience in a reputable, large-scale organization.
• Prior experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight.
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation, enhancing organizational performance, and achieving financial targets.
• Age between 35 to 55 years.
