Business Development Executive/Coordinator – Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to attract and retain clients, expanding our customer base.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Assess client needs and evaluate outcomes to tailor solutions.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

• Optimize business performance by identifying improvement areas and executing action plans.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.

• Part/Full qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Prior experience in business development or marketing (an advantage).

• Fluent in English & Sinhala with strong communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
