Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: Supervise non-academic recruitment processes to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Onboarding: Manage staff onboarding to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related matters, including employee concerns, recruitment needs, and compliance issues.
  • HR Projects: Initiate and execute HR projects to support organizational goals.
  • Medical Insurance: Oversee administration of staff medical insurance schemes.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely submission of HR reports and perform other HR operations tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar HR functions.
    • At least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Sri Lanka’s labor laws.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
