Key Responsibilities:
✔ Promote fixed deposit and savings products
✔ Identify and develop new market segments
✔ Manage deposit portfolios and secure funds
✔ Build relationships with HNW individuals
✔ Achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ 2-3 years experience in banking/finance/insurance marketing
✅ GCE O/L & A/L qualified
✅ Excellent English & Sinhala communication
✅ Strong negotiation & sales skills
✅ Marketing/Banking qualification (CIM/SLIM – advantage)
✅ MS Office proficiency
