Assistant Manager – Credit Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement risk policies per CBSL & Head Office requirements
✔ Conduct credit ratings/evaluations for corporate clients
✔ Monitor borrower financials and collateral valuations
✔ Prepare regulatory reports for Central Bank of Sri Lanka
✔ Manage credit authorizations and portfolio reviews
✔ Perform stress testing and risk assessments
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
✅ 5+ years in banking risk management
✅ Expertise in credit risk analysis and ICAAP processes
✅ Strong communication and regulatory knowledge
✅ Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
