📌 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Drive the pawning business in the region & achieve targets.
✅ Support & monitor marketing activities for business growth.
✅ Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth transactions & loan recoveries.
✅ Provide business progress updates & market insights to management.
✅ Identify & conduct training programs for branch pawning officers.
📌 Candidate Requirements:
✔ Full/Partial qualification in Banking (IBSL) preferred.
✔ 4-5 years of experience in Pawning at a reputed financial institution.
✔ Expertise in pawning article assessment & overall pawning operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of industry standards & Central Bank guidelines.
✔ Fluency in the native language & knowledge of the region’s geography.
✔ Excellent communication & PR skills with a team-oriented mindset.
✔ Positive attitude & ability to perform under pressure.
