With a strong presence in the Maldives and Southern India, we are expanding our team and looking for skilled Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAE) to ensure the highest standards of aircraft maintenance.

About the Role

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Line/Base/Cabin), you will be responsible for performing Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, and Cabin checks on our fleet, including A320 CEO, A320/A321 NEO, and A330 aircraft. Your role ensures compliance with CAASL regulations and company policies while maintaining safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and servicing in compliance with regulatory standards.
✔ Ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance to minimize aircraft downtime.
✔ Supervise and guide mechanics, inspectors, and technicians for optimal workflow.
✔ Monitor and report on aircraft defects, ensuring quick resolutions to avoid delays.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and participate in audit preparations.
✔ Achieve scheduled turnaround times (TAT) while upholding safety and quality.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance + 1 year as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE).
✔ AML B1.1 or B2 License with active type ratings on:

• A330 (Trent 700)

• A320 (V2500 / CFM56-5B)

• A320 NEO (Leap-1A)
  ✔ Sri Lankan citizenship required.
  ✔ Maximum age limit: 55 years (as of application date).

Note: Position grade depends on experience and number of type approvals.
