Role Purpose

Ensure timely, accurate processing of local & foreign currency payments system-wide. Prevent penalties by managing vendor/supplier disbursements on due dates and maintaining seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Process local/foreign payments accurately, prioritizing critical vendors to avoid service disruptions.

• ✅ Validate invoices in Oracle Financials & reconcile vendor accounts monthly/quarterly.

• ✅ Authorize payment vouchers, WHT certificates, and SVAT credit vouchers.

• ✅ Transfer payment batches to banks pre-deadline & prepare cash flow reports.

• ✅ Clear advance payments, update systems, and resolve long-outstanding entries.

• ✅ Support year-end audits and supplier balance confirmations.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Full CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA certification.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years (excludes traineeships/internships).

3. Age: ≤35 years by 11th August 2025.

4. Citizenship: Sri Lankan.

5. Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials, attention to detail, deadline-driven.
