About the Role:

The Australian College of Business and Technology (ACBT), Sri Lanka’s pioneer in Australian higher education since 1998, is expanding its Business department. We’re seeking an energetic, passionate Academic Program Coordinator to lead our Business programs and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Curriculum Leadership: Develop and maintain cutting-edge Business course plans and unit outlines
✔ Program Oversight: Manage lecturer recruitment, class scheduling, and academic quality
✔ Student Engagement: Serve as key liaison between students, faculty, and administration
✔ Academic Support: Contribute to lesson planning and institutional events

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Master’s Degree in Business Management or related field (Essential)
✅ 1-3 years teaching or student engagement experience
✅ 1-2 years staff/schedule management experience
✅ Tech proficiency (Moodle, Navigate, or similar platforms)
✅ Fluent English communication skills
✅ Adaptable and thrives in dynamic academic environments
