Key Responsibilities

1. Manage HR functions within the factory environment.
2. Oversee the entire life cycle of blue-collar employees.
3. Maintain accurate and timely employee records.
4. Organize training and development programs for factory staff in collaboration with the Assistant Manager HR.
5. Act as the HR custodian for the multiskilling project for floor-level employees.
6. Conduct employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving workplace issues.
7. Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations.
8. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
9. Plan and execute company events and drive HR-related projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Administration Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage.
• Attributes:
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about factory HR functions.
