Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, collaborating with customers and internal departments to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Analyze the root causes of complaints and ensure necessary improvements are implemented with continuous follow-up.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a relevant field with exposure to customer services.
  • Qualifications: Part qualification in AAT, ICASL, CIMA, CIM, IBSL, or ACCA.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
