We are seeking a motivated Intern – Group Learning & Development to support our dynamic team in organizing learning initiatives and events, as well as creating content that enhances employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating Learning & Development initiatives and events.
• Develop engaging and branded content for Group Learning & Development purposes.
• Support operational activities related to Learning & Development.
• Create and design captivating graphics, animations, and interactive activities.
• Manage and upload learning content to the LMS (Learning Management System) while identifying ways to improve the digital learning experience.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and business needs.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Background:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  • A keen interest in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
