Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
