Vacancy: Human Resource Business Partner (Wattala)
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support the growth and goals of the assigned Business Unit (BU).
- Provide strategic HR guidance to management, champion employee engagement, and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with BU leaders and the HR Operations Team to identify HR needs and implement tailored solutions.
- Oversee talent development plans, performance management systems, and effectively manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized university and/or a professional HRM qualification. An MBA would be an added advantage.
- Possesses 5–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a reputed organization. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Has excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, paired with a proactive approach to addressing organizational challenges.
