We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Banking Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch operations by efficiently handling daily tasks.
• Collaborate with internal departments and other branches to meet customer needs and requirements.
• Assist in acquiring new customers and managing a profitable client portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to operational guidelines, including the Functional Instruction Manual (FIM) and credit policy standards.
• Apply compliance, control measures, and exchange control regulations to safeguard the bank from risks.
• Promote and cross-sell HSBC’s personal banking products, services, and digital banking platforms.
• Manage customer requests end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other cash-related operations with accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to Sri Lankan nationals only.
• Willingness to work in any branch location across the network.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• High accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Display professionalism and maintain discipline in all aspects of work.
• Take responsibility for actions with sincerity and accountability.
• Exhibit a positive, proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently and under pressure.
